SES dynamic experts  intensively partner with schools, leaders, and teachers to build the capacity of its stakeholders to improve their daily practices. Our team consists of diverse educators with over 20 years of experience in quality teaching, effective leadership, instructional best practices, and proven track records of success and impact.

Our Founder

Steaven Hamlin is a veteran educator and instructional leader with 20 years of experience in general education instruction & best practices and special education programming. Over the last 12 years, Steaven has had an intentional focus on special education policy, programming, curriculum & instruction and training for teachers & school leaders. As a former Director of Special Education, Mr. Hamlin managed the overall development of the teachers and leaders for multiple schools. The aforementioned task resulted in building the capacity and effectiveness of teachers and leaders through professional development training and policy development. Moreover, he has a proven track record of improving special education programs by aligning evidence based instruction resulting in increasing the performances of students with disabilities. More recently, Mr. Hamlin has partnered with local schools and nonprofits to provide training, technical assistance and consultative services.
